موضوع اصلی این دورۀ نمایشگاه، گسترش همکاری اقتصادی و تجاری در منطقۀ شمال شرق آسیا و شکوفایی مجدد مرکز صنعتی قدیمی چین در شمال شرق این کشور، به شمار می رود. این منطقه، در عرصه هایی از جمله تجارت کالا، مشارکت در امر سرمایه گذاری، برگزاری نشست های تخصصی بین المللی و تبادلات فرهنگی، گسترش یافته و توجه محافل صنایع و بازرگانی سراسر جهان را به خود جلب کرده است.

مراسم امضای قرارداد های خارجی و داخلی

پیش از این، پنج دوره قبلی این نمایشگاه با موفقیت برگزار شده و تعداد شرکت کنندگان و ارزش قراردادهای منعقد شده در آن، هر ساله، رشد چشمگیری یافته است؛ به طوریکه حجم قراردادهای داخلی و خارجی منعقد شده در دوره اول این نمایشگاه، حدود 300 میلیون دلار بود که در پنجمین دوره، به 520 میلیون دلار رسید. با توجه به شرایط مطلوب این دوره از نمایشگاه در روز افتتاح و روزهای بعدی، انتظار می رود میزان قراردادهای منعقد شده امسال، از سالهای قبل هم فراتر رود. در قراردادهای امسال، فرصت های بیشتری در اختیار کشورهای چین، کره شمالی، ژاپن، کره جنوبی، روسیه و مغولستان و دیگر کشورهای منطقه به منظور گسترش همکاری و تبادلات قرار داده خواهد شد.

«شرکت کنندگان در نمایشگاه امسال، در مقایسه با دوران گذشته از قابلیت های بیشتری برخوردارند. از سوی دیگر، رسانه های خبری، سیاستمداران و موسسات خارجی نیز بیش از گذشته، به نمایشگاه ما توجه می کنند.»

ششمین دوره نمایشگاه سرمایه گذاری و تجارت شمال شرق آسیا برنامه دارد که با برگزاری مجمع عالی اقتصاد، سطح این نمایشگاه را ارتقاء دهد. در پایان مراسم افتتاحیه نمایشگاه امسال، چهارمین مجمع همکاری اقتصادی و تجاری منطقه شمال شرق آسیا نیز در شهر چان چون، آغاز بکار کرد. وان گان به عنوان معاون کنفرانس مشورت سیاسی خلق چین در سخنان خود در این مجمع اظهار داشت:

«تبادلات، همکاری ها و توسعۀ مشترک کشورهای واقع در شمال شرق آسیا برای دولت چین، حائز اهمیت فراوانی است و چین مایل است به اتفاق کشورهای منطقه، درباره گسترش همکاری اقتصادی و تجاری به بحث و مشاوره بپردازند. این کشورها در عرصه اقتصادی، مکمل یکدیگرند و گسترش همکاری و تبادلات فیمابین و نیز پیشبرد توسعه اقتصادی، از تمایلات و خواسته های مشترک کشورهای شرق آسیا به شمار می رود. در شرایط کنونی که تسریع روند یکپارچگی اقتصاد منطقه ای و نزدیک شدن کشورها به هم، دولت ها و محافل صنعتی و بازرگانی باید با افزایش درک متقابل، با روش های بازتر و موثر تری به همکاری با هم بپردازند.»
